Working principle of manual hydraulic pump

Manual hydraulic pump is a pressure source of hydraulic system that converts mechanical energy into pressure energy. Its principle: manual hydraulic oil pump through the export pressure gauge display oil pump output pressure. Hydraulic oil flow through the high-pressure tubing, into the high-pressure injection gun to push the piston, the piston to push the front end of the plugging agent, injection into the plugging crack, so that the sealant and the crack form a sealed space, until the leak stops.

Manual hydraulic pump structure

1. Pump body part: pump body part is mainly oil pump body, high pressure working chamber, low pressure working chamber, two one-way valve, high pressure valve (safety valve), low pressure valve, unloading valve, two check valve, import, export and other institutions.

The two steel balls at the oil outlet are check valves, which play the function of one-way check valve and one-way oil transmission. After the work is completed, release the unloading valve, and the pressure oil flows back to the tank to complete the unloading task.

The high pressure valve can control the pressure to 70MPa, beyond this pressure, the high pressure valve will jump, so that the overpressure oil flow back into the tank. The low pressure valve can control the pressure to 10MPa, beyond this pressure, the valve opens and the overpressure oil flows back into the tank.

Two check valves simultaneously prevent pressure backflow.

2. Handle: the force of human hand acts on the pressure rod to pull the embolism and make reciprocating movement to produce pressure. The handle is mainly composed of pressure rod and pressure handle, and relies on two pins to connect the pump body and the plunger.

3. Oil chamber and back seat: the storage place of oil chamber and back seat pressure is generally a round cylinder of the pump body, without oil outlet and oil inlet hole.

There is no vent valve, oil hole, or gauge at the rear of the fuel tank. Loosen the valve bolt to allow air release and intake. There is a hook on the tail seat of the pump, which locks the handle when lifting the pump.

4. High pressure tubing: tubing is a very important part of the plugging tool with pressure, which plays the role of connecting the nozzle and the pump body. The two ends of the device are equipped with two-way cut-off quick assembly joints, which can be quickly assembled and separated at the same time in the plugging field. After the separation of high pressure tubing and oil pump, both ends do not leak.
